Offer description

Lead a P&L: Deliver a strong return on investment (ROI) through contractual agreements, supervising spend, and forecasting planned activity/spend with key customers across the year.

Annual Operating Plan: Deliver against a full-year annual operating plan (FY AOP) in line with our key account ambition.

Business Development: Responsible for leading new business opportunities within the team.

Performance Tracking: In outlet performance and execution levels are accurately tracked and measured (using CRM systems where deployed).

Sales Experience: Sales experience in a similar sales/activation-led role or from the trade, including outlet management.

Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to compile and collate data to derive insights and actions.

Relationship & Communication: Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Commercial Understanding: Good commercial understanding, P&L literacy (desired).

Influence & Interaction: Ability to interact and influence at multiple levels.

Category Understanding: Strong category understanding.

Target Driven: Target-driven attitude.

Organization & Flexibility: Well-organized, capable of handling multiple priorities, and adaptable to changing workloads.

About the Function & Team: Our sales team builds relationships and connects with customers to sell our brands in vibrant markets. The UK Convenience Key Account team focuses on approximately 100 outlets, aiming to grow the P&L through new customer acquisition and increasing distribution of priority brands.
