Lead a P&L: Deliver a strong return on investment (ROI) through contractual agreements, supervising spend, and forecasting planned activity/spend with key customers across the year.
Annual Operating Plan: Deliver against a full-year annual operating plan (FY AOP) in line with our key account ambition.
Business Development: Responsible for leading new business opportunities within the team.
Performance Tracking: In outlet performance and execution levels are accurately tracked and measured (using CRM systems where deployed).
Sales Experience: Sales experience in a similar sales/activation-led role or from the trade, including outlet management.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to compile and collate data to derive insights and actions.
Relationship & Communication: Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Commercial Understanding: Good commercial understanding, P&L literacy (desired).
Influence & Interaction: Ability to interact and influence at multiple levels.
Category Understanding: Strong category understanding.
