We’re hiring a ServiceNow Architect who aims to advance their career while delighting customers through a blend of project work and foundational tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in solutioning, designing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to enhance business processes and user experiences.
Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role
* Establish and enforce systems design and architectural standards, maintain best practices, and drive the principles throughout the systems delivery lifecycle.
* Provide input to the design of ServiceNow-based solutions as a recognized Architect or Design Authority.
* Assist in bid proposals and present solutions to potential clients.
* Bring thought leadership and innovative solution ideas to clients and bids alike.

Your skills and experience
* Experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
* Designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions across various modules, including custom applications and integrations.
* Responsibility for Low- and High-Level Design Documentation; broad experience across the Now Platform.
* Managing & administering ServiceNow in SaaS environments.
* Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and understanding of architectural structures within ServiceNow SaaS & On-premises environments.
Expected Certifications
* ServiceNow CSA
* Any ServiceNow Implementation Certifications
* ITIL Foundation Certified
Security clearance requirements
To be appointed, you must obtain SC clearance, which requires residency in the UK for the last 5 years and meeting other criteria. You will be asked about your eligibility during the recruitment process, including nationality and citizenship details.
