Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or leisure environments (desirable but not essential)
* Experience handling cash and operating tills accurately in line with procedures
* Ability to follow health & safety, food safety, and PCI compliance standards
* Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver a consistently high standard of service
* Willingness to adhere to uniform and grooming standards
* Confidence in completing basic administrative tasks and paperwork
