My client in Southampton are looking to appoint a talented HRBP on a Contract basis.
The HRBP will work closely with directorates, service leaders and managers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to address people-related challenges. You will partner with senior leaders to turn their strategic plans into tangible people plans.

* Salary: £28+ per hour, Inside IR35
*negotiable based on experience

About the role:
Based in Southampton (Hybrid):
* Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that
support the Council's overall business goals
* Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues, such as employee engagement, performance management, and
disciplinary matters
* Lead and support organisational change initiatives
* Use data and analytics to identify trends, track performance, and make data-driven decisions about people-related issues
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
* Extensive experience in a similar role
* CIPD qualified to chartered status or equivalent HR experience
* Strong track record of developing and implementing policies
* Local Authority experience is essential
