The Role Lead and manage all kitchen operations
Deliver consistently high food quality and standards
Recruit, train, and develop kitchen teams
Manage stock, ordering, GP, and kitchen costs
Ensure health & safety and food hygiene compliance
Drive service performance in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For Experienced Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
Strong leadership and team development skills
Commercial awareness and operational knowledge
Calm under pressure with a hands-on approach
Passion for quality food and high standards
