About the Role As Assistant Headteacher (Teaching & Learning), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience for our students and staff. Reporting directly to the Headteacher, you will: Deputise for the Headteacher and Deputy Headteachers when required. Be an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to whole-school strategic development. Lead and oversee key areas, including (but not limited to): Teaching & learning strategy CPD programme and INSET days Staff appraisals and performance management Quality assurance Homework systems and ClassCharts Staff induction and tutoring programmes ECT/ITE programmes What we are looking for: A proven track record of impactful leadership in teaching and learning.
