We are recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive to oversee our website, email marketing, and CRM platforms. This role manages the workflow and service delivery of BAU work within the team, with ownership of delivering improvements and projects aligned with the firm's digital strategies. The role involves collaboration with teams like CRM Tech, Press Office, design, content creation, and Events, ensuring a cohesive approach and advice to stakeholders.
The role is based in the UK but requires close communication with colleagues and external suppliers across the UK and internationally via email and calls.
Standard working hours are 9:30 am - 5:30 pm, with consideration for flexible working requests.
Candidate Overview:
* Ownership of designated platform elements (front-end design, languages): Collaborate with stakeholders, understand objectives, advise on best practices, and project manage related work—content updates, design, development.
* Proactively identify improvements to support the firm's strategy.
* Monitor, report, and resolve issues across platforms (availability, bugs, SEO).
* Assist and manage supplier relationships.
* Triaging team inquiries, chair daily stand-ups, and assign work.
* Ensure workflow and process compliance, high standards, timely responses, and escalate issues as needed. Identify and address strategic misalignments with stakeholders.
* Maintain and update processes, guides, and checklists.
* Support team assistants in learning and stakeholder responses.
* Minimum of 5 years' digital marketing experience across various disciplines.
* French, German, Spanish, or Chinese language skills are desirable.
