Practice & Clients
The group advises leading private equity sponsors, infrastructure funds, and institutional investors on cross-border M&A and portfolio transactions. Matters frequently involve assets in the digital infrastructure, traditional and renewable energy, and broader infrastructure sectors. Clients include high-profile sponsors executing transformative acquisitions as well as funds deploying capital across clean energy, digital platforms, and large-scale infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Associates joining the team will:
* Lead, advise and support private equity sponsors and funds on acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures.
Candidate Profile
* E&W Qualified Lawyer with 4-7PQE from a leading international law firm with experience advising PE sponsor side energy deals - or solid UK clean energy or renewables focus.
* This role is best suited to associates with strong private equity experience who are keen to develop their expertise in sponsor-side transactions.
* A background in energy, infrastructure, or renewables will be highly valued.
* Candidates should have excellent technical skills, commercial judgment, and the ability to manage demanding deal timetables.
