Overview

The Marketing Executive supports the
day-to-day delivery of marketing activity across all channels, with a
particular focus on events, partnership activations, and hosted media activity.
Reporting to the Cluster Marketing Manager, the role helps execute campaigns
that drive awareness, engagement and bookings, ensuring activity is on brand,
on time and well coordinated with hotel teams.

This is a hands-on role requiring
regular presence on property to support events across the collection, media
stays, and media and partner showarounds. The Marketing Executive acts as a key
connector between marketing, hotel operations, agencies, media and partners,
ensuring each activation is delivered to a consistently high standard.

Key Responsibilites

Multi-channel marketing delivery

• Support the delivery of marketing activity across digital, CRM, social media,
PR support, and on-property channels, aligned to the collection and individual
hotel priorities.

• Coordinate briefs and day-to-day updates with internal stakeholders and
external agencies, designers, photographers and content partners.

• Support the creation, proofreading and scheduling of marketing content,
including newsletters, website copy, organic social content, and on-property
collateral, as required.

• Ensure brand consistency across messaging, imagery and guest touchpoints,
flagging any risks or misalignment.

Events and partnership activations

• Support planning and on-site delivery of events across the collection,
including guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, run of show, signage, collateral,
supplier coordination and post-event follow up.

• Act as a marketing liaison on event days, ensuring smooth coordination
between marketing and hotel operations.

• Support partnership activations from set up to execution, ensuring agreed
deliverables are met, brand standards are upheld, and outputs are captured for
reporting.

Media stays, showarounds and hosted visits

• Coordinate marketing and experience logistics for media stays and hosted
partner visits, working closely with PR, operations and hotel teams to deliver
a seamless guest journey.

• Prepare briefing notes, itineraries, welcome letters and on-property
touchpoints for hosted guests.

• Attend and support media and partner showarounds where required, capturing
follow-up actions and ensuring timely completion.

• Track outcomes from hosted activity, including content, coverage, usage
permissions (where applicable), and learnings for future stays.

CRM, databases and asset management

• Support the maintenance of marketing databases through CRM systems, including
list hygiene and basic segmentation support where relevant.

• Maintain shared folders, asset libraries and photography archives, ensuring
correct version control and easy access for teams.

• Assist with the organisation of image requests and content shoots, including
shot lists, schedules and distribution of final assets.

Performance tracking and reporting

• Track and summarise campaign performance across key channels, reporting on
agreed metrics and supporting the Cluster Marketing Manager with insights and
recommendations.

• Maintain marketing trackers, timelines and content calendars to support
visibility and delivery discipline.

Administration and budget support

•
Support budget tracking, purchase order processes and invoice management in
line with internal procedures.

• Distribute internal and external marketing materials and communications as
required.

This job description sets out the main
responsibilities related to the role at Montcalm Collection. It is not intended
to be exhaustive, and duties may be varied from time to time as required by
management to meet the needs of the business.

deadlines.

visits.
