Elite Conveyancing is a market-leading, national law firm with offices in Cambridge and Liverpool and due to continued expansion we are looking for a Full time Legal Administrator for our newly launched office in Liverpool.
Main Roles, Responsibilities and Benefits include:
* To undertake legal administration functions within the business as required
* Point of contact to our team of Lawyers
* Answering incoming calls
* Attending to clients visiting the office
* Updating case management system
* Dealing with Incoming / outgoing post
* To undertake training as and when required
* Opportunities to progress into other areas of work within the firm
Applicants must have:
* Previous administrative experience (preferably within the legal sector)
* Excellent communication skills
* Willingness to work as part of a team
* Positive approach
* Ability to smile
