About you:
* Passionate about delivering a truly exemplary guest experience
* Committed to the highest standards of hands-on service
* At your happiest training, leading and developing your team
* Strong understanding of food hygiene, H&S, allergens and SOPs
* Experienced in a premium or fine dining restaurant as a Restaurant Manager, Deputy Manager or Assistant Manager
* Well presented with a polished sense of personal hygiene
