Project Co-ordinator – Passive Fire & Compliance Location: Chigwell (Office Based) Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 Sector: Passive Fire / Social Housing / Compliance A proactive and organised Project Co-ordinator is required to support passive fire protection projects and FRA remedial works across social housing properties. This role is ideal for someone with experience in fire stopping, fire doors, compliance, or construction coordination, and who is confident managing documentation, residents, contractors, and project workflows. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate passive fire projects including fire stopping, fire doors, compartmentation and FRA remedial works. * Maintain project schedules, trackers, documentation and support the raising of quotes. * Collect, manage and upload compliance evidence such as photographs, certificates and installation data. * Liaise professionally with residents, clients, suppliers and subcontractors. * Support quality checks, O&M pack preparation, RAMS and overall reporting requirements. * Prepare weekly progress updates and monitor project KPIs.
