What we’re looking for
We are seeking a natural leader who can inspire and support a small team of dedicated childcare workers, promoting high quality practice and creating an engaging, nurturing environment for every child.
* Someone who has a genuine passion for working with young children.
* A caring, motivated, and reliable individual who is committed to supporting children’s development.
* Experience or understanding of multi‑agency working to support families holistically.
* You will hold a relevant Level 5 childcare qualification.

Additional Requirements
* The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement.
* Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility.
* Enhanced with Children’s Barred List criminal records check by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) is required.
* A valid driving licence is required.
