Main Duties & Responsibilities 📝
1. Review, challenge, and sign off support plans to ensure care meets service procedures and legislation ⚖️
2. Resolve complex, high-risk situations using negotiation and diplomacy 🛡️
3. Build partnerships with members, senior officers, external organisations, and the community 🤝
4. Operationalise plans and deploy resources to meet objectives, tailoring approaches for safe, high-quality services 🎯
Person Specification ⭐
5. Qualified Social Worker (QSW)
6. Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
7. Experience in CIN/CP and court proceedings preferred ⚖️
8. Solid safeguarding knowledge 🛡️
9. Strong assessment, written, and communication skills ✍️🗣️
10. Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle 🚗
