The Year 4 Teacher will run interventions, coordinate trips and present pupil progress in termly reviews following January 2026. The Year 4 Teacher will prepare schemes before January 2026 and implement them from January 2026. Professional development - Year 4 Teacher This role offers coaching, subject mentoring and routes into leadership for the Year 4 Teacher. From induction in January 2026 the Year 4 Teacher will join CPD cycles and receive regular feedback via a coaching cycle. The Year 4 Teacher will have opportunities to lead whole-school initiatives after the January 2026 start. Person specification - Year 4 Teacher We are seeking a Year 4 Teacher with QTS, strong KS2 classroom impact and a reflective approach to teaching.
