Job Title: Personal Assistant & Administrator (Part-Time)
Location: Sherborne (remote, with monthly in-person meetings nearby)
Hours: Approx. 510 hours per week (flexible, with potential for additional hours)
Rate: £16.00 £20.00 per hour (self-employed preferred)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and versatile Personal Assistant & Administrator to support the CEO of an international company. This is a varied role combining administrative, accounts, and PA duties, making it ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-focused, and enjoys working independently.
The position is primarily remote, with occasional on-site meetings in Sherborne (around once per month). A flexible, professional mindset is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Administration (approx. 70%)
* Preparing and issuing invoices
* Managing expenses and payment runs
* General administration and record-keeping
Personal Assistant Duties (approx. 30%)
* Email management and correspondence
* Research tasks
* Organising travel and itineraries
