Role Overview:
As a Technical Business Analyst at Glue Reply, you will play a critical role in shaping next-generation service offerings by defining and evolving innovative solutions. You will leverage modern data-centric and AI-driven methodologies to enhance cloud-based systems and platforms. Your work will directly support complex, high-availability systems, ensuring robust, reliable service delivery and helping clients achieve strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary liaison with clients during requirements gathering, ensuring a thorough understanding of business and technical needs.
* Translate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications for technical teams.
* Ensure alignment of technical specifications with solution architecture, collaborating closely with Architects and Technical SMEs.
* Manage and document change requests, assessing impact and ensuring traceability.
* Define clear acceptance criteria and validate deliverables against requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
* Support prioritisation and refinement of the product backlog, ensuring alignment with project and client objectives.
* Prepare and maintain validation documentation, effectively communicating system structures and requirements to internal and external stakeholders, including third parties.
* Provide ongoing clarification and guidance to both technical and business stakeholders.
About the Candidate:
* Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2.1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
* BCS Diploma in Business Analysis or an equivalent qualification.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong understanding of the full product delivery lifecycle, with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
* Proven track record in delivering technical requirements for products with contractually agreed delivery and release cycles.
* Hands-on experience with application lifecycle management tools, such as Azure DevOps.
* Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
* Solid knowledge of B2B integration principles and practices.
