We're looking for registered healthcare professionals to join our Clinical Scrutiny team, supporting candidates who are applying to join the British Army. This is a non‑patient‑facing role, ideal if you enjoy clinical decision‑making, working independently, and making a meaningful impact behind the scenes.
This is a full‑time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, hybrid role with an assigned office of Upavon, Brighton, Coventry, or Cardiff.
What you’ll be doing:
* Reviewing candidates’ medical records and declarations
* Making clear, evidence‑based clinical decisions in line with military standards
* Completing assessments and documentation accurately on our systems
* Working to daily and weekly targets in a structured, supportive team
What we’re looking for:
We are seeking applications from individuals who demonstrate strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy, and who are comfortable working in a target‑driven environment, typically managing around 8 cases per day. You’ll be confident in making sound clinical decisions and applying your professional judgement consistently.
You’ll also bring the following essential qualifications, skills and experience:
* A qualified Healthcare Professional with current UK registration (for example NMC or HCPC), with no restrictions on practice
* Post‑registration clinical experience as a Nurse, Paramedic or Physiotherapist
