We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Emotional Health & Wellbeing Practitioner to join a trauma-informed, early intervention service supporting young people affected by recent adverse experiences. As a Wellbeing Practitioner, you'll be part of a diverse team of professionals and volunteers, working together to provide timely, targeted support to children and young people aged 0-25. Using a range of creative and therapeutic approaches, the service focuses on emotional recovery, building personal resilience, and empowering young people to manage their own mental health and wellbeing.
