Farrow and Ball - Procurement Administrator, Wimborne, Dorset (37.5 hours per week) FTC 12 months
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our Project team in Wimborne as a Procurement Administrator. This position is full-time, FTC for 12 months, with hybrid working 2 days per week in the office.

As a Procurement Administrator, you will provide administrative and analytical support to the procurement and project teams. Your role requires strong attention to detail, multitasking skills, and the ability to update trackers, place orders, support buyers, and handle various administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Updating daily resin, marketing, and out-of-stock trackers, and supporting department buyers with orders.
2. Ordering miscellaneous items for factories and warehouses, including packaging, stationery, uniforms, and effluent.
3. Supporting buyers with supplier QBRs for labels and secondary packaging.
4. Coordinating daily call-offs from offsite storage and reviewing stock levels.
5. Maintaining ERP part numbers and ensuring memos are up-to-date and ordered timely.
6. Supporting stock take processes, including external storage counts.
7. Assisting with project analysis and administration, including import processes from the EU.
8. Providing cover for team members as needed.
9. Managing the team email inbox and supporting strategic administrative tasks.
10. Driving the development of MRP within the ERP system and updating procedures.
11. Supporting training and development within the ERP system and tracking continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Attributes:
1. Experience in a similar manufacturing or supply chain environment.
2. Proven administrative and purchasing skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and numerical reasoning.
4. Self-motivated team player with good communication skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook; knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or IFS is a plus.
6. Experience working in a busy department and managing multiple tasks.
