Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Salary: Dependent on Experience £40K-£60K

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our client's growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. Based in or around Stoke-on-Trent, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual with a solid background in electrical project delivery within the construction industry.
You will be responsible for overseeing a range of electrical projects across the UK, typically valued between £500K and £4M, spanning a mix of sectors including commercial, residential, education, office spaces, domestic, and new builds.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end delivery of electrical projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to required standards.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to deliver successful project outcomes.
Oversee site progress, quality assurance, health & safety compliance, and resource allocation.
Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
Provide leadership and direction to site teams and ensure a collaborative and productive working environment.
Maintain strong communication with clients, addressing issues and changes as required.
Manage project documentation including programmes, RAMS, progress reports, and final handover packs.
Travel to sites nationwide as needed (with travel expenses covered).
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the construction sector (minimum 3+ years).
Solid understanding of electrical systems, site operations, and installation practices.
Experience managing multiple projects of varying values (£500K-£4M).
Strong knowledge of relevant health & safety regulations and compliance.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
IT literate, with experience using project management tools and Microsoft Office.
Electrical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition) desirable.
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break).
Holidays: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, increasing by 1 day every 2 years of service (up to 30 days after 10 years).
Hybrid Working: Office-based preferred, with flexibility to work from home on occasion.
Vehicle: Car allowance as standard (company vehicle option available).
