About the Role
To be employed in this role you must pass an enhanced safeguarding check. Our stores operate 24 hours per day, seven days a week, providing a wide variety of shift patterns. Weekend working is a requirement of the role and we may need to be flexible with your work pattern. In-store pharmacies are hugely popular with our customers, who expect warmth and friendliness. You will confidently discuss personal health issues, quickly resolve customer problems and recommend the right products. You will also be responsible for accurately assembling and processing prescriptions, driving awareness of extra services (Prescription Collection Service, Pharmacy First, NHS Blood Pressure checks, New Medicine Service etc.), supporting the pharmacist with delivery and record keeping of patient services, and adhering to strict Standard Operating Procedures.

You are naturally friendly, honest, highly organized and a great team player. You possess good computer skills, attention to detail, and communicate well with customers. You are a problem‑solver, passionate about helping people, and committed to providing a great healthcare experience.
