About the Role
No two days are the same—you'll often be answering over 100 calls a day. You'll provide a helpful, friendly service, taking clear, high-quality messages which are instantly shared with our clients via our system.
What You'll Need:

Salary:
Starting at £24,000, rising to £24,350 after six months
Hours of Work:
37.5 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday. Weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) are required on a rotating basis.
