The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven consultant with a proven track record of scaling product-based businesses. In this role, you will work closely with our owners to craft and execute strategies that boost revenue, optimize our operations and look at go to market strategies. Key Responsibilities:
* Go to market strategies: Research, develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies tailored to both UK domestic markets and globally.
* Performance Metrics: Align and agree KPIs to ensure the effectiveness of growth campaigns.
* SSI: Leading efforts to enhance our social selling index, digital presence and customer engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in scaling product-based businesses, preferably within the swimming pool, hot tub and leisure market.
* Strategic and analytical skills with a history of success driving measurable growth.
* Solid experience with a hunter mentality in creating go to market strategies, with a focus of new business.
* Excellent communication.
* A proactive, positive and adaptable mindset with a passion for creating go to market strategies and continuous improvement.
