As a Regional Account Manager you'll be responsible for:
Responsibilities
* Full account management of branch owned accounts
* Working in partnership with branch operations teams to achieve operational excellence, maximise sales opportunities and provide outstanding customer service.
* Developing plans to drive activity and sales in the short‑and long term whilst operating in a manner that is consistent with the wider objectives of the sales function and the values of Wolseley.
* Building excellent working relationships with customers and other teams within Wolseley to develop a wide network of contacts and to ensure business development opportunities are identified and converted.
* Demonstrating strong values‑based behaviour, and instilling a culture of high standards and quality in all dealings with customers and branch colleagues.
Qualifications
* Strong sales/business development experience
* Self driven & motivated to achieve sales targets
* Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with customers/clients
* Experience in the plumbing and heating industry or a merchant role is beneficial, though not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
