Job Title: Property Manager and Administrative Assistant
Location: Belsize Park, NW3
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly- organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Property Manager / administrative Assistant to support a busy company director and entrepreneur.
This multifaceted role requires someone with extensive experience in property management, financial administration and as a PA; the ability to organise and prioritise are essential qualities..
Key Responsibilities
Property Management (Residential and Commercial):
* Liaise with tenants, letting agents, solicitors, insurance brokers, and contractors.
* Understand leases
* Organize and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
* Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance.
* Monitor rent receipts, address arrears, and produce service charge accounts.
Property Sales and Lettings:
* Act as the primary liaison with estate and managing agents, solicitors and surveyors.
Property Lending:
* Communicate with lending companies, review documents, and ensure accurate loan monitoring.
* Track interest receipts and repayments.
Investment Management:
* Liaise with stockbrokers and manage investment reconciliations.
Financial Administration:
* Be on top of invoice payments.
* Reconcile credit card statements.
* Collaborate with bookkeepers on a regular basis.
* Collaborate with accountants for end-of-year accounts and personal tax returns.
Personal Assistance:
* Manage household bills, insurances, and renewals.
* Organize travel arrangements and itineraries.
* Manage personal diary.
* Coordinate with handymen and contractors for maintenance projects.
Diary, Email and Office Management:
* Manage and monitor the director's email inbox, filter correspondence, and handle urgent matters.
· Schedule, prioritize, and coordinate appointments and meetings.
* Oversee office operations, including stationery, IT, scanning, and other general administrative duties
Administrative and Reporting Duties:
* Produce occasional periodic reports using Excel.
* Manage confidential documents and information.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Proven experience as a PA and Property Manager.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., Xero).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Extensive experience of property management is and finance is a strong advantage.
* Flexible, proactive, and capable of managing competing priorities.
* Motivated to work in office alone.
