Location: Remote overlap with European and US market hours (09:00–22:00 CEST / 3 AM – 4 PM EST)

Who We Are Looking For
We need a senior, hands-on engineer with a deep understanding of both software architecture and systematic equity trading.
Must-Have Skills
Python Expertise proven experience building complex, scalable systems.
Quant Equity Trading Knowledge experience in systematic trading across global equity markets at funds with >$100M AUM, working with top-tier prime brokers (e.g., JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs).
Order Management Systems (OMS) & Execution Management Systems (EMS) understanding of order routing, trade reconciliation, and algorithmic execution.
AWS Proficiency hands-on experience with AWS services for deployment, storage, and observability.
Engineering Discipline unit testing, clean code, and iterative design mindset.
Strong Communication Skills fluent English, able to collaborate effectively across teams.
Availability During Market Hours overlapping European and US market times.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience setting up and maintaining FIX connections with prime brokers.
Knowledge of market microstructure and execution optimization techniques.
DevOps experience with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
What You’ll Be Doing
Maintain and scale the core trading platform, integrating with brokers and exchanges through OMS, EMS, APIs, and custom data formats.
Monitor live trading to ensure flawless execution and error-free order management.
Collaborate with quants and management to continuously improve execution quality and reduce costs like slippage and transaction fees.
Build and refine a trading simulation tool, reconciling simulated vs. real-world results.
Design and implement components for order lifecycle management: bid/ask pricing, P&L estimation, and execution cost tracking.
Develop robust, reusable Python code with a focus on performance and fault tolerance.
Contribute to the architecture of new features, ensuring scalability and future-proof design.
