* This office works closely with their US colleagues and London is a key area of growth for the firm
* The firm has a collaborative culture, as well as the benefits of working for a US firm without the demanding hours. Compensation is calculated transparently, financially the firm are in a strong position and have demonstrated good growth
* We are keen to talk to Corporate M&A lawyers who do mid-market deals and have work/ clients to bring. The firm are already well placed to support any partner to maximize their potential through their existing network and contacts across all sectors, including, energy, technology and financial services
