We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our office. This is a key role within the business, helping to ensure projects run efficiently through effective coordination, and communication.
Key Responsibilites
* Assisting with the day-to-day running of the office, including general administration and project support.
* Supporting Health & Safety Administration (training records, compliance tracking)
* Liaising with suppliers, clients, and site teams
* Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
* Maintaining records of projects using our software

Desirable (Highly Advantageous)
* Experience with construction documentation or Health & Safety processes is highly desirable
