We have an exciting opportunity to join our progressive dairy farm as a milker/farm worker.
Our Farm
Based near Montgomery, we are a family run farm, milking three times a day through a modern 25/50 herringbone parlour which includes auto ID and ACR.
We are extremely passionate about the health and welfare of our cows, using management collars and software and optimising cow comfort in our modern and well equipped housing.
The Role
As a milker, your responsibilities will include:
* Milking in a team of 2/3, being able to identify any problem cows or issues within the parlour
* General animal husbandry
* Basic tractor and machine operation
* Yard work
* Keeping the parlour and farm clean, tidy and safe

Skills and attributes we require for the role include:
* A passion for milking cows and prioritising animal welfare
* A can-do attitude with a positive outlook
* Have excellent communication skills, being able to work alone or within a team
* Reliable with good time keeping
