Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health and Social Care - Learning Coach based in Crewe. The role focuses on supporting young adult learners, particularly those with additional needs including social, emotional, and special educational needs (SEN). You will contribute to an inclusive, engaging learning environment, promoting the social and emotional development of learners with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs). Key Responsibilities Learner Support: Provide tailored academic and emotional support, fostering a positive learning environment. Offer one-on-one and group support to students with SEN. Implement strategies from individual EHCPs and track progress. Promote social and emotional well-being by offering guidance and encouragement. Classroom Management: Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning space. Use differentiated teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles. Monitor and report on learner progress, behaviour, and well-being. Collaboration with Staff: Work collaboratively with other coaches and external professionals. Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to learner's specific needs. Safeguarding and Well-being: Promote a respectful, inclusive, and safe learning culture.
