Are you someone who likes solving problems? Maybe you like gaming or tinkering with technology? If so, you have transferrable skills to succeed in a Customer Service Technical role with EE.
Join our Home Technical Team in Cardiff, where you'll assist customers with broadband tech-related queries over the phone. You could be helping with simple router questions or handling more complex issues, taking ownership and supporting customers throughout.
No specific experience is necessary. If you're naturally helpful, calm, and good at building relationships, we can train you on the rest.
