Talent Specialist – Angard Staffing, Northampton.
Role Overview
This is a full‑time role (37.5 hours per week) on a rota covering early, late and weekend shifts. It is a fixed‑term contract until December2026.
Responsibilities
* Support high‑volume recruitment campaigns for The Royal Mail Group distribution and delivery sites.
* Attract candidates using a range of recruitment tools.
* Provide excellent customer service and handle candidate queries.
* Manage applications through the full recruitment process from screening to offer.
* Collect and verify right‑to‑work documentation on behalf of the client.
* Meet agreed targets and SLAs to satisfy client requirements.
Qualifications
* Strong customer‑service skills and a proven ability to work towards and exceed targets.
* Computer literate, proficient with MS Office.
* Effective communicator via telephone and email.
* Team player, flexible to support colleagues when needed.
