3. Develop and implement procurement strategies to support business objectives.
4. Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery requirements are met.
5. Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks.
6. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favourable terms.
7. Monitor procurement KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports.
8. Support cross-functional teams with procurement-related insights and guidance.
9. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and relevant regulations.
10. Provide expert advice on procurement best practices within the industrial/manufacturing context.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Procurement Advisor should have:
11. Previous experience in procurement within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
12. To have experience in the indirect sector.
13. Have prior category experience in MRO, tooling, PPE, H&S and travel is preferred.
14. Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
15. Proven ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
16. Competency in analysing market trends and procurement data.
17. A relevant qualification in procurement or supply chain management.
18. Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
19. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
