Location: London, Hybrid (2 days to office)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Programme Manager to take end-to-end ownership of a strategic Underwriting Workbench programme, central to the delivery of GSI transformation objectives.
What You will Do
* Own end-to-end delivery of the Underwriting Workbench (UWWB) programme
* Align multiple complex workstreams to clear, measurable business outcomes
* Partner with senior underwriting, technology, and transformation leaders
* Lead programme governance, executive reporting, and decision-making forums
* Manage budgets, forecasts, and resources to ensure value and cost control
* Identify, mitigate, and resolve delivery and operational risks
* Drive collaboration across internal teams and external partners
What We are Looking For
* Proven delivery of large-scale, complex programmes (5+ years)
* Strong programme governance experience (MSP, PRINCE2, PMI or similar)
* Solid financial and commercial acumen
