Residential Conveyancer 24 Years PQE
Location: Abergavenny | Salary: Competitive DOE | Full-time | Well-Established Regional Firm
TSR Legal are delighted to be partnering with a long-established, highly respected law firm in Abergavenny, who are now looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer with 24 years post-qualification experience to join their growing property team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the regions most reputable firms, known for its loyal client base, quality of work, and strong ties within the local community. The successful candidate will be stepping into a friendly and collaborative team that supports personal development and encourages long-term career growth.
The Role:
As part of the Residential Property team, you will manage your own caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Transfers of equity and remortgages
* New build and shared ownership
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, and third parties throughout the transaction
Youll benefit from excellent administrative support and will be encouraged to maintain high standards of client care and compliance throughout.
The Ideal Candidate:
This role would suit a Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with:
* 24 years PQE in residential property law
* A confident, proactive approach to managing a varied caseload
* Strong technical knowledge and an eye for detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A team-focused mindset with a genuine interest in developing long-term client relationships
Experience working in a high street or regional firm setting would be advantageous.
