Overview
We are looking for a Modelling Methodology Engineer who will develop, improve and interact with multibody models (full vehicle or specific subsystems such as but not limited to suspensions and transmission). Primary tools include Dymola, Simscape, and MATLAB. A strong interest in automation, scripting, and coding (particularly in Matlab and Python) is essential. Knowledge in databases and developing/maintaining GUIs is a plus.
Responsibilities
* Develop, improve and interact with multibody models (full vehicle or subsystems such as suspensions and transmission).
* Utilise tools including Dymola, Simscape, and MATLAB as primary modelling and analysis platforms.
* Demonstrate a strong interest in automation, scripting, and coding (Python and MATLAB).
* Leverage knowledge of databases and GUI development to support modelling workflows when appropriate.
Qualifications
* Master’s degree level or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
* Proficiency in simulation software such as Dymola and/or Simulink.
* Proficiency in scripting with Python and MATLAB.
