Role Responsibilities
As an Audit Senior Manager, you’ll play a critical role in the firm’s audit department, taking responsibility for both technical delivery and team leadership. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a portfolio of high-value audit clients across varied industries
* Leading audits from planning to completion, ensuring compliance and quality at every stage
* Providing strategic advice to clients, acting as a trusted business advisor
* Mentoring, developing, and managing the performance of the audit team
* Reviewing audit work to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to regulations
* Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve processes and client service
* Supporting business development initiatives to grow the firm’s audit service line

Candidate Requirements
* ACA, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification
* Significant experience in audit within an accountancy practice, including senior management roles
* Proven ability to manage large client portfolios and oversee end-to-end audits
* Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative approach
* Strong technical knowledge of audit processes and compliance standards
* A commercial mindset and the ability to identify growth opportunities
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
