Support Workers / caters required to support adults with learning disabilities.
Experience is not essential however we are looking for people with the right values and attitude.
Whether you're new to supporting people or have years of experience, you will get the training and support you need through our learning and development programme.
Manna provides support via both supported living and residential settings.
Your job as a Support Worker is to ensure our service users lead valued and fulfilling lives, helping them to reach their potential and achieve to the best of their ability. Your job will involve supporting service users with aspects of personal care, to do personal tasks, household jobs or enjoy their favourite hobbies & interests. You must be able to work as part of a team or on your own. You will communicate with the staff team, family members, friends and professionals who all work together to achieve a high quality of care and support along with helping them to achieve their ambitions.
