Are you a Nuclear Sales Manager, Radiation Protection Specialist, Health Physics Professional, Nuclear Account Manager or similar looking to join a specialist organisation where you can influence commercial strategy and drive growth across a leading radiation products and services portfolio?

In this role, you will develop strategic customer relationships within the nuclear and defence sectors, identify new commercial opportunities and work alongside technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that support safety, compliance and operational performance.
This role would suit someone with experience within the nuclear industry, radiation protection, health physics or related sectors who has strong commercial awareness and a passion for developing customer relationships.
The role:
* Drive growth across nuclear, defence and regulated industry accounts
* Develop new business opportunities and framework agreements
* Manage tenders, quotations and contract negotiations
* Promote instrumentation, calibration and managed services
* Build strategic customer and supplier relationships
* Support cross-selling opportunities across the wider business
* Hybrid working with UK travel
The person:
* Nuclear, health physics or radiation protection background
* Technical sales, account management or commercial experience
* Knowledge of radiation detection technologies desirable
* Experience working within highly regulated industries
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Full UK Driving Licence
