Electrician | East Midlandas | Up to £49000 per annum

Working in both occupied and empty properties, you will:
* Carry out electrical installations, servicing and repairs
* Complete inspection & testing to regulatory standards
* Diagnose and rectify electrical faults
* Maintain electrical systems and domestic appliances
* Ensure all work complies with the latest IET Wiring Regulations
You’ll be supported with the right tools, equipment and technology to deliver a first-class service.What you'll need to succeedWe’re seeking skilled and reliable Electricians with experience in domestic repairs and maintenance, ideally within the social housing sector. You will need:
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Systems or equivalent
* Inspection & Testing qualification (e.g., 2391/2394/2395)
* 18th Edition (BS 7671)
* Strong understanding of current IET Wiring Regulations
* A full UK manual driving licence
* Excellent customer service skills and a professional, solution-focused approach
