We are now seeking a TASKI Service Manager to strengthen our European service organisation and drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and scalable growth.
About The Role
The TASKI Service Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the TCS (TASKI Customer Service) strategy across Europe. You will lead regional teams, optimise service processes, elevate third‑party service performance, and oversee fleet management to ensure best‑in‑class service delivery. This role is central to unifying our European approach and enabling sustainable, scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Coaching
Develop and coach TASKI TCS leaders and teams across Europe to build a high‑performance culture.
Customer Satisfaction
Drive improvements in customer satisfaction by managing and enhancing TCS KPIs.
Strategic Planning
Define and implement the TASKI TCS strategy for Europe, aligned with broader business objectives.
Process Optimisation Lead And Improve Core Service Processes, Including
Leasing and rental programmes
Customer fleet management
Engineering service coordination
Machine refurbishment and recycling
Consumables and spare parts process optimisation
Fleet Management Oversight
Lead the European Fleet Management function, ensuring effective machine onboarding, customer site registration, and IntelliTrail integration.
Guide the Fleet Manager in delivering data‑driven insights, predictive maintenance planning, and customer consulting.
Support fleet implementation for major European tenders.
Third‑Party Service Management
Onboard, manage, and continuously improve third‑party service providers.
Revenue Growth
Identify and execute strategies to grow after‑sales revenue through service offerings and consumables.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Service Manager in an international environment
Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
Strategic thinker with the ability to align service operations with business goals
Analytical mindset with experience improving processes and workflows
Excellent communication skills, able to influence and engage stakeholders
Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities
Effective cross‑functional collaborator (Sales, Service, Marketing)
English fluency required; German and French are an advantage
