As Tuthill continues to grow and expand it's offering into small run, bespoke vehicle projects, the requirement for an Engineering Program Manager has arisen.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Program Manager based in Banbury. The role involves managing and coordinating detailed project plans, ensuring the timely completion of engineering tasks. Responsibilities include maintenance planning, monitoring project progress, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and providing updates on key milestones. The Program Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring efficiency and precision in project execution.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Maintenance Planning and Maintenance Management processes
* Strong skills in Project Planning and Project Management to successfully coordinate complex engineering initiatives
* Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess project risks, timelines, and resource allocation
* Excellent organizational and communication skills for effective collaboration with teams
* Proficiency in project management tools and software (Planner, ClickUp etc)
* Background in engineering or related technical fields is desirable
* Experience with automotive or manufacturing projects is a plus
We are looking for a highly driven individual with a few years industrial experience, who has possibly tinkered with mechanical systems, has a desire to learn and is looking to develop their project planning and program management skills on high performance, tight lead-time, technical automotive engineering projects.
