You make sure there are clear and effective checks in place to keep data, policies and processes across Assets and Investmentsaccurate,consistentand high quality. You help develop and improve systems and ways of working, support colleagues to use them well,and keep policies and procedures up to date.whilstmaintainingdata accuracy.You also support budgeting, financial planning and service improvement work, while making surehigh standardsaremaintainedat all times.
This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to attend the office two days per week.
Essential Criteria
* Detailed knowledge of asset related data and systems within a housing or property-based organisation
* Experience analysinglarge data setsand improving data and systems, with clear involvement in developing or updating policies and procedures in a complex organisation
* Proven experience delivering or supporting quality assurance for data, processes,systemsor policies
* Demonstrable experience working with a wide range of stakeholders and building effective working relationships

You understand the commercial impact of your work and can manage complex relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You take a proactive and logical approach to solving problems, always keeping customers in mind.
