An exciting opportunity for a permanent Senior HR Advisor / Junior HR Business Partner to join our client's team on a permanent basis. The role is both hands-on and operational and strategic, about 70% HR operational and 30% strategic HR. The Junior HR BP will play a crucial role in advising executives and managers on all people matters, including recruitment, induction, appraisal, HR policies, performance management, engagement, development, and employee relations.
This role is hybrid, 2 days per week in the office and 3 days from home. There will be travel required 2-3 days per month.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise executives and managers on all people matters, including recruitment, induction, appraisal, HR policies, performance management, engagement, development, and employee relations.
* Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
* Lead the approach to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and Wellbeing in line with the People Strategy.
* Conduct training needs analyses, design and deliver training programmes, and source external providers where necessary.
* Capture and analyse people-related data, ensuring it is cascaded to local leadership teams to drive compliance and positive change.
* Support a culture where giving and receiving feedback is safe and encouraged; learning and performance are core elements of the organisation's culture.
* Provide support as a coach and mentor for leaders to enable them to act more confidently in managing teams.
* Undertake projects and tasks as directed by the Head of People to support the Executive and across all strategic initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
* You must have experience as a Senior HR Advisor or Junior HR BP.
* You will ideally be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
* You must have a full clean driving licence and be happy to travel 2-3 times a month.
