Pay Rate: £13.10 P/H
This role includes a mix of day and night shifts.
(Two positions available) - 38.25 hours per week (3 days) & 25.5 hours per week (2 days).
Day Shifts: 07:15 - 20:30
Night Shifts: 20:15 - 07:30
Weekend & Bank holiday work included.

Previous experience in a similar role is ideal but not essential. We value individuals who demonstrate the right values and behaviors to make a difference. Responsibilities include:
* Supervising colleagues, leading team meetings, and supporting performance and development
* Leading support planning and acting as site contact in the absence of leadership
* Managing site petty cash and client funds
* Administering medication (training provided)
* Making daily calls
* Implementing and reviewing care plans
* Ensuring site cleanliness
* Allocating shifts to the team
* Supporting family connections and liaising with specialists, including mental health teams and pharmacies
* Acting as Key Holder
* Undertaking First Aider / Fire Marshall training
Glebe House is a residential service in Caistor, near Marken Rasen, Lincolnshire, supporting 24 people with mental health needs. Located semi-rurally on the Lincolnshire Wolds, we aim to help residents build daily living skills for greater independence. Our dedicated team supports residents to lead healthier, happier lives.
