Restaurant Manager
The opening at Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Restaurant Manager responsible for the supervision and organisation of all aspects of production, distribution and service of meals to staff, visitors and patients, including functions and hospitality across the site. The role requires analysing EPOS data to plan and adjust menus based on service needs and customer trends.
Main Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with Food Safety Regulations, HACCP and Trust Hygiene Policies, maintaining records and training staff on these policies.
* Plan and maintain the weekly rota, manage overtime, and utilise agency/bank staff within budgetary limits. Authorise timesheets and oversee annual leave and bank holiday recording.
* Assist in recruitment, selection, discipline, training, welfare, staff appraisals and return‑to‑work interviews.
