Were looking for an E-commerce Administrator to join our friendly team in Newport. What Youll Be Doing: Working closely with the Ecommerce Manager and collaborating with colleagues, suppliers, and external partners, you will: Collate, upload, and manage product and supplier data Continuously improve website content so it is accurate, engaging, and customer-friendly Write clear, SEO-focused product descriptions that help customers find what they need Upload and manage content through the Adobe Commerce CMS Provide additional support to the Ecommerce Manager, including preparing sales reports and assisting with other ecommerce projects as needed What Were Looking For: Youll have solid Microsoft skills, especially in Excel, with confidence using formulas and VLOOKUP. We are particularly looking for someone exceptional at data entry tasks - accurate, efficient, and comfortable working with detailed information. Equally important is your approach to work; were seeking someone motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to high standards, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. It Would Be Great If You Also Have: Experience handling large data sets Familiarity with the Adobe Commerce or Magento 2 CMS platform Adobe Photoshop skills Knowledge of builders merchant products and services Previous website administration experience We value attitude as much as experience. While previous e-commerce or administration experience is desirable, we are keen to hear from people with a strong work ethic, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to take personal responsibility for the quality of their work.
