Sales Engineer Location: Witney, Oxfordshire (Onsite, with UK & Ireland travel) Salary: £35,000£45,000 up to £11,000 commission Type: Full-time, Permanent My client, a well-established engineering manufacturer, is looking for a Sales Engineer to drive growth across the UK and Ireland. This is a customer-facing role combining technical expertise with business development, focused on expanding market share and building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline Grow and manage existing customer accounts Plan and execute regional sales activities and customer visits Engage with customers using both consultative and transactional sales approaches Collaborate with internal teams to support market coverage and lead generation Manage sales activity through calls, emails, and follow-ups Requirements Proven B2B technical sales experience Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills Technical aptitude or engineering background Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven Willingness to travel regularly across the UK & Ireland Full UK driving licence Whats on Offer £35k£45k base salary up to £11k commission Onsite role in Witney with regular travel Company car and strong benefits package Opportunity to join a well-established, globally operating engineering business
