Job Title: Internal Sales Executive

Role Overview
As an Internal Sales Executive at our Hemel Hempstead branch, you will play a key role in growing sales of panel products to both existing and new customers. You will be proactive in developing relationships, identifying opportunities, and increasing our presence in the market, particularly for value-added and decorative panel products.
Experience in selling decorative panel products would be an advantage, but it is not essential. We offer full product training and ongoing career development, including potential opportunities to visit our suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Proactively sell panel products to existing and new customers.
2. Grow our presence in the market for value-added and decorative panel products.
3. Liaise with suppliers to support customer requirements and product availability.
4. Conduct price negotiations with clients to achieve profitable outcomes.
5. Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.
6. Use CRM and other digital tools to manage enquiries, quotations and customer records.
7. Report on sales performance and pipeline through the company's reporting structure.
